Zerorez is the first company in the world that can clean, disinfect and protect a customer’s total living environment—surface, air and water! ZEROREZ is a pioneer in the carpet and hard surfaces industries and first developed the patented and revolutionary carpet and hard surfaces cleaning technology in the late 1990’s.

Zerorez distinguishes itself from a hackneyed and undistinguished industry as an innovator and leader through the development of effective cleaning technology. This new technology is exclusive to Zerorez and provides a definite competitive edge for each Zerorez franchise owner.

The ZEROREZ business centers on marketing non toxic product solutions that create a completely safe living environment covering living surfaces, air and water.

ZEROREZ and all franchisees, focus on four main technologies: 

(1) A revolutionary carpet and hard surfaces cleaning technology that employs, among other features, “Empowered Water™,” which cleans and sanitizes carpet or other hard surfaces without the use of soaps or surfactant-ladened shampoos and chemicals.  This patented process eliminates harmful residues and is a scientifically established carpet and surfaces cleaner.

(2) A product that makes water completely safe. ZERORZ sells and installs a “Bottled Water at Every Tap” system that not only softens hard water, but also removes chlorine and other harmful pathogens, chemicals and heavy metals from all culinary water use points.

(3) An air sanitization system (Airocide) developed by NASA and the University of Wisconsin for use in the space shuttle’s air decontamination system and licensed exclusively to Zeorez.  This technology is not a filter, which is what the majority of similar products on the market are. This Airocide technology employs technology  that eliminates and destroys airborne contaminants, including VOC’s, viruses and molds, spores, bacteria, odors and any other living or non living contaminant;  and
